| Learning without Boundaries |
| This is the fifth phase of six for Designing the Future. |
| This educator and learner exchange program between universities throughout the world will provide the most constructive firsthand experience in understanding classroom culture and discipline. |
| History has shown that educators that teach overseas seem to have a better grasp on the effect different cultures have in the classroom. Classrooms in American schools are as diverse, if not much more than, any other classrooms around the world. |
| Many universities and schools in other countries use and teach English in their classrooms. Some even require it as the primary language in specific colleges. That creates a great opportunity for exchange programs where educators and students can get cross-cultural teaching and learning experiences. |
| By taking advantage of these opportunities we can improve educational experiences of educators and students at all levels, improve international relations and bring us all closer to understanding the many cultures around the world. |
